“When completed in the fall of 2023, a new street will be created for the renovated farmhouse and barn and two additional new homes, which will be part of a condominium association at 16, 18, 22 and 28 Hatch Farm Lane. The four units will be listed for sale when the project is closer to completion.

Each owner will have their own garden plot, part of the property’s community garden, to grow their own produce.

Excess crops will be donated to local food pantries, said Attias.”
