We will create an open play space surrounded by ornamental grass plantings. A manicured flat open area with bird houses and more will be perfect for some outside movement or for your favorite recreational activities.

The Apple Orchard.

Pick from your very own orchard offering fresh seasonal produce.

Yellow Berry Road.

Follow the path framed with seasonal blueberries and blackberries, winding down to the onsite private pond. Both the association residents as well as the general community can enjoy this path.

Cooking Shed.

An outdoor space designated for preparing and grilling a delicious meal or utilize for flower cutting and arranging.

Community Garden.

Each association owner can manage their own section or the association gardener can manage on your behalf. Choose your produce to be planted seasonally and enjoy its benefits when the time is right! Have a green thumb? Take care of it all yourself!

Peace of Pine.

A designated area with hammock stands among natural pine trees. A place of mediation and relaxation.
